1. Who We Are

Deletutu is a service developed and operated by Tututech Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at tututech.ltd@gmail.com.

2. The Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you provide us with your name, email address, and optionally a phone number. We use this information only to:

• Notify you when Deletutu launches
• Send you early-access invitations and Founding Member updates
• Reach out for product feedback (rarely, and never required)

You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

3. Founding Member Access

"Founding Members" — users who join the waitlist before our official launch — receive full access to all features of Deletutu free of charge for the lifetime of the app, subject to fair-use limits. We reserve the right to define and adjust what "fair use" means as the product evolves, with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, spam the waitlist, or impersonate others
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against the website
• Attempt to access, probe, or test the website in ways not normally allowed
• Use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose

5. Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visitor traffic patterns (pages viewed, country, device type) so we can improve the site. We do not sell this data, and we never link analytics events to your name or email. If you'd rather not be measured, you can use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or an ad-blocker. For the iOS app's privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy — the app itself collects nothing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Deletutu name, logo, website design, and all related content are the property of Tututech Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission. User feedback you send us may be used to improve the product, attributed only with your explicit consent.

7. No Warranty

The website and waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things working, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free behavior, or specific launch dates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tututech Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or waitlist. Our total liability will not exceed ₪100 or the equivalent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
